Individual courses
If you want to learn how to not only receive but also give a quality tantric massage for personal use, come to our individual course. This takes the form of "massage as training", where you will first receive the massage yourself with in-depth commentary and explanation, and then learn the actual techniques with the help of your guide. The instructor will teach you how to breathe properly and explain how to properly stir or calm the energy in your body. This includes an introductory ritual, oil-free techniques and an oil massage.
Through this course you will get to know yourself and your body more in depth, which will also bring a greater empathy to how you touch others. The skill of conscious loving touch will enhance your personal, intimate and partner life.
